This training is administered by Khatib Waheed as part of the Neighborhood Ownership Model (NOM) for Victim Support and Court Advocacy. If you would like to work with the city in these programs you must attend all of the sessions and pass a background check before the fist meeting. In order to process your background check, please email Donna at info@bbnstl.com with your information. Please provide your first & last name, date of birth, ethnicity, and gender.

NOTE: Please plan to arrive about 5:45 pm. You will need to sign in after you enter from the Market Street entrance. Security procedures will require that Mr. Waheed escort you to the meeting space, so it will be helpful to have an idea about how many attendees we should expect.

FULL TRAINING SCHEDULE

Meeting 2 of 4 – 09/16 @ CAO (6pm – 8:30pm) – Full Session / Criminal Justice System – 2.5 hours
Meeting 3 of 4 – 09/28 @ SJB (9:30am – 1:30pm), Parish Center – Implicit Bias – 4 hours
Meeting 4 of 4 – 10/07 @ CAO (6:00 – 8:30 pm) – Trauma Training / Alive & Well – 2.5 hours
